Jeff West Homes was built on over 40 years of home building experience through Jeff West, shaped by a lifelong commitment to doing things the right way. Over that time, one thing has stayed the same—building a home is about far more than the structure itself. It’s about the people, the process, and the trust built along the way.
We understand that a custom home is one of the biggest investments a family will ever make, both financially and personally. Because of that, we treat every project with the same level of care and attention we would expect for our own home.
Our focus is on relationships, not transactions. We work closely with each client throughout the entire process, keeping communication clear and the experience as organized as possible so you can actually enjoy the process of taking something from nothing.
Honesty, communication, and our faith guide how we operate every day. At the end of the project, we want you to love your home—and feel confident about the people who built it with you.
Jeff West
Jeff West is the founder and owner of Jeff West Homes and brings over 40 years of experience building custom homes. He is actively involved in each project, guiding early conversations, assisting with design and budget decisions, and providing oversight throughout construction to ensure every home is built with care and intention.
Outside of work, Jeff is actively involved in his church, Redeemer Bible Church, enjoys playing tennis, and values time with his wife, Rhonda, and their five grandkids.
Kyle West
Kyle West supports day-to-day operations, client communication, and project coordination throughout each phase of the build. He is involved from early planning through construction, helping ensure each project stays organized, clear, and aligned with the goals established at the beginning.
His focus is on maintaining a smooth client experience—keeping communication consistent, details organized, and the process moving forward in a way that reflects the standards Jeff West Homes has built its reputation on.
Outside of work, Kyle enjoys spending time with his wife, Allison, and their two daughters, Lily and Ruth. He is involved in his church, Redeemer Bible Church, and enjoys working out and reading.
Brent Glover
Brent Glover has worked alongside Jeff for over 30 years building custom homes and plays a key role in the day-to-day management of each project. He works closely with homeowners throughout construction to help ensure every home is completed with the level of quality, detail, and functionality they envisioned from the beginning.
He also maintains strong, long-standing relationships with subcontractors, helping projects stay coordinated, efficient, and moving forward smoothly from start to finish.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Rhonda, and their two granddaughters. He is actively involved in his church, Emmanuel Church, and is intentionally connected within the local community.
